The Best: Mechilot Ė Udi Aloni succeeded to surprise and excite with his deep, complex, and demanding film that deals with ghosts from the past. The film is at least three leagues above what we know from the Israeli film industry. As expected, its commercial success wasnít big, but the impression it left on us is huge. If Aloni has other brilliant films like this up his sleeves, letís hope it wonít take him too long to make the next one.
